: Hologram Integrity Assurance

To ensure eligibility for warranty services, customers must verify the presence and integrity of the official Diako Chapar hologram affixed to the product at the time of purchase. Products lacking this hologram, or featuring holograms that are damaged, tampered with, or removed, shall be considered ineligible for guarantee coverage.​​​​​​​

Packaging and Label Requirements
Only products that include the original packaging, specification label, and a valid hologram are eligible for guarantee services. It is the customer's responsibility to preserve these items. In case of loss or damage, guarantee services cannot be provided.

Checking the Expiration Date Before Purchase:
Please kindly check the product’s guarantee expiration date before making a purchase. Diako Chapar will not assume any responsibility for products with expired guarantees.

Delivery of Devices Containing Data:
By delivering the product to service centers or sending it for guarantee service, it is assumed that you do not require any data stored on the device, and Diako Chapar will bear no responsibility for recovering or preserving any information.

Shipping and Receiving Costs:
If you deliver the product in person to our service centers, no charges will be applied. However, if the product is sent via post or the courier service Tipax, all shipping and receiving costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Methods to Verify Authenticity and Guarantee Expiration Date:
You can verify the authenticity of the product and check the validity of the guarantee by using one of the following methods:

Absence of Hologram on Packaging:
Products with packaging and labels lacking the original Diako Chapar hologram will not be covered by the guarantee, even if other parts of the packaging remain intact.

Erased or Illegible Engraved Information on the Device:
If the engraved information on the device (such as the serial number, model, or technical specifications) is illegible, damaged, or removed for any reason, the guarantee for that product will be considered void.

Physical or Environmental Damage:
The guarantee will be void in the event of any damage caused by the following:
Physical impact, dropping, or cracking
Exposure to water or liquid ingress
Contact with chemicals or high temperatures
Excessive dust, severe power fluctuations, lightning, or other natural disasters​​​​​​​

Tampering with or Damaging Identification Information:
Any intentional or unintentional tampering with the serial label, hologram, or other identification labels, as well as with engraved information on the device — including removal, scratching, or alteration — will result in the complete invalidation of the guarantee.

Damage to Connection Ports (Specifically for Flash Drives):
If the port or connector area of a flash drive shows signs of damage such as indentation, bending, scratching, or any abnormal deformation, the guarantee will be considered void.

Physical Damage and Unauthorized Repairs:
Any visible physical damage — such as cracks, separation, severe discoloration, or deep scratches on the device body — will result in the invalidation of the guarantee.
Additionally, if the device has been opened or tampered with by unauthorized individuals, technicians, or service centers, the guarantee will be fully voided, and Diako Chapar shall bear no responsibility for repair, replacement, or guarantee services.
The assessment and determination of such conditions are solely at the discretion of Diako Chapar’s authorized technicians.

In addition to providing import and export services, Diako Chapar is also active in the field of guarantee and after-sales support.
Therefore, customers can confidently purchase products that have been imported or guaranteed under the Diako Chapar name, knowing they are authentic and covered by a valid guarantee.
If the product you purchased bears the Diako Chapar logo, you may rest assured of its authenticity. After-sales services will be provided in the shortest possible time in all parts of the world.​​​​​​​
